UTokyo International collaborative research organization on floating offshore wind energy and related technologies (UT-FloWIND), France Energies Marines (FEM) and Floating Offshore Wind Technology Research Association (FLOWRA) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on collaboration and cooperation. The MOU aims to promote joint efforts on floating offshore wind energy and related technologies by utilizing the knowledge, human resources, research facilities, and other resources of each party.
