On April 7, 2026, Prof. Gaborieau Herveline (Executive Director), Prof. Stephan Ronan (Chairman), and Prof. Jean-François Filipot (Chairman) from France Energies Marines (FEM) and Mr. Masakatsu Terasaki (Chairman), Mr. Mototsugu Ikari (General Manager) and four other members of Floating Offshore Wind Technology Research Association (FLOWRA) visited UT-FloWIND. We held a meeting regarding our future collaboration in the large meeting room of transdisciplinary sciences building, at the Graduate School of Frontier Science (GSFS), Kashiwa campus, the University of Tokyo (UTokyo).
